Ossetra offers firm, golden-amber pearls with a nutty flavour that deliver a complexity with a clean and lingering finish. Harvested at 12 to 15 years of age, they are renowned for consistency-the signature caviar.
Caviar should be served chilled but never frozen. The ideal temperature is −2°C to +2°C (28–36°F). Store the tin in the coldest part of the refrigerator and, before serving, place it over crushed ice to maintain freshness throughout service.
Keep the tin sealed until the moment of consumption. Once opened, caviar should ideally be enjoyed within 24–48 hours.
Avoid direct contact with metal utensils, as oxidation may affect flavour. Use mother-of-pearl, horn, glass, or wood spoons when serving.
All orders are prepared and dispatched using temperature-controlled packaging to preserve freshness, texture, and integrity throughout transit.
Shipments within Canada are delivered chilled within 1–2 business days. Each tin is insulated and protected to maintain optimal serving temperature upon arrival.
We recommend placing the caviar in the coldest part of the refrigerator immediately upon receipt.
